Shohola’s program is made even more complete with the addition of various exciting evening activities. Camp evening activities are often optional and include intramural sports tournaments, green and white events, movie nights, dances with our sister camp and more. If an evening activity is optional, then a camper might choose to go evening boating or fishing instead. A group of guys might throw a frisbee on the hill or choose to use the free time to write a letter. Some will enjoy a calm camp evening on the deck reading a book or playing chess with a buddy. Some evenings a counselor might open a certain activity area like the ropes course for campers to climb, or an arts class so that a camper can have extra time to work on a project. Whatever they choose, there’s always some exciting evening activity going on at camp!
