Camp Shohola summer E-mail information page for 2004.

Camp Shohola E-mail information page for the 2007 summer season.

Please follow these instruction to send E-mail to anyone attending Camp Shohola during the summer.

  1. Many campers and staff have their own accounts that can be accessed online. Please use this address if you know it, as all campers and staff will have have online access during the summer.

  2. If you are sending a short text message to a camper or staff member attending Camp Shohola during the summer, we request that you send it through our 'Bunk One' link on the main page. If you are having problems with the bunk one system or absolutely must send a picture, graphic file, or longer message than the Bunk One system will accept, you may send your e-mail directly to the Camp Shohola office using the information below.

  3. E-mail to all campers and staff attending camp during the summer may be sent through the Camp Shohola office: office@shohola.com .

Please place the full name and cabin # on the subject line. E-mail will be printed and delivered daily.

  4. We are reluctant to open e-mail attachments . Please DO NOT attach any executable program files to you e-mail. All .exe and .vbs files will be automatically deleted. We are unable to print any attachments to personal E-Mail. Please do not attach .doc (MSWord) files to camper E-Mail. Copy and paste all .doc files into the body of the E-Mail.

  5. As we are already handling a large volume of mail, please do not forward mail to Camp Shohola. Help us keep our E-Mail manageable so we can continue to offer this valuable service to everyone at camp.

  6. Please DO NOT send multiple copies of e-mail or request verification of delivery.

  7. It is usually difficult for most campers and staff to read web links embedded within E-Mail. Please do not include links to web sites, especially greeting card sites.

  8. All E-Mail sent to Camp Shohola before 9am will be printed and distributed after lunch. We make a significant effort to ensure privacy on all e-mail sent to recipients at Camp Shohola, but obviously cannot guarantee complete privacy.

Thank you for your help and understanding.
