Shohola Children Summer Camp for Boys
Shohola children summer camp was created in 1943 and is still family owned and operated today. This classic camp provides every traditional summer children camps activity while also providing modern activities such as creative expression and computer technology classes. We offer something of value for every boy. Long-lasting memories and activities which provide learned skills and improved self-confidence are just some of the benefits of our third-generation family owned boy's camp.
Our beautiful Northern Pennsylvania children summer camp is located on 70 acre Lake Greeley. Here at Shohola children's summer camp we understand the value of experience and we provide the personal attention from counselors that every kid needs while away from home. The supervision ratio here at our camp is outstanding. We have approximately a 2 to 1 camper-counselor ratio. We provide each camper with excellent supervision during each and every activity and we are familiar with each child and know them by name.
Each camper at Shohola summer children's camp selects his own daily schedule of activities from over 50 different activity choices. The campers ten preselected activities are original and fun filled activities which promote group activity, newly learned skills and self-esteem boosting components. Summer camp programs here at Shohola summer children's camp include: water sports, land sports, outdoor adventure, equestrian, commtech, and arts. Check out our program page to learn more.
Various activities provided through these summer programs include: hiking, canoeing, windsurfing, outdoor and survival skills camp, drawing, photography, pottery, wood shop, horseback riding, animal care training, computer programming, boating, robotics, sports broadcasting and web design to name just a few. We respect the differences of each boy and tailor their daily schedules to meet their different interests. We send boys home from summer children's camp with memories they'll never forget.
